Before any work begins, we will carry out a full risk assessment and will calculate how much of the roof will actually need repairing or replacing, such as broken tiles.

After this has taken place, we can then start to clean your roof. The existing roof will be thoroughly cleaned using our advanced high pressure cleaning equipment. Everything from moss and algae will be completely removed.

At this stage of the process, we will replace any broken or inadequate tiles and then re-point any loose or damaged cement work where needed. With Ely Roofing Company, there are no hidden costs and we will replace any amount of tiles as necessary all in the price.

This is the part where we will spray the roof with biocide which kills all moss, algae and mould and also prevents any re-growth in the future.

After the roof has dried, we will then apply a special micro-porus UV stabilised coating. There are 5 colours to choose from and once applied, will completely transform the appearance of your properties roof.
